3. Conversion of factory to form modern vehicle service/sales facility - Redruth.
This project involved the conversion of an existing redundant factory building on Barncoose industrial Estate, Redruth to a modern car servicing/sales and repair facility, with a bespoke and eye catching reception and office area. We also acted as CDM Coordinator for this project and prepared the Building Regulation Drawings. We worked alongside the client appointed concept designer to create a clean and modern environment. This work involved the creation (in house) of a new reception coiunter, oak doors, linings and skirtings, bespoke suspended ceiling, mezzaninge storage and slate flooring.

This project involved the renovation of two farm cottages, recently purchased by the same family in an idyllic location near the Lizard peninsula. The cottages had been neglected and been the victim of some previous unsuccessful DIY. We undertook to completely renovate both cottages which lead to a complete rewire, new heating, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, internal and external decoration, complete new foul drainage system and general alterations. One of the cottages was to be occupied by its owner, the other is to be a holiday let. As with most old cornish cottages the works had to be undertaken in a sympathetic and often unconventional manner!
