CASE STUDY: Multiple Occupancy, Camborne
Brief:
Extension and conversion of existing property, including change of use to a House in Multiple Occupation - Camborne.
This project involved the demolition of an existing sub standard single storey extension and the erection of a substantial two storey extension with extensive internal alteration and conversion works to convert the property to an 8 unit House in Multiple Occupation. To accommodate the new layout the complete rear wall of the existing main house was also removed. Here the design had to be revised as the build progressed due to the discovery of mains services in the line of the new extension.
