RG Kellow Ltd is not just ‘any’ building firm, so we are not looking for just ‘any’ Apprentices. We are seeking high performing and determined individuals to join our team for their long-term career.
Out team are highly skilled, qualified, and quality-oriented construction professionals at the top of their game. They all value training and development and are keen to share their expertise and skills with the next generation of our workforce in partnership with Cornwall College Business. Aidan, one of our current Apprentice Electricians said ‘I look back and can’t believe how much ground I’ve covered! I have learned so much more than I would have in a classroom’. As a growing business you are guaranteed variety of work across the public and commercial sectors in places like schools, police stations, hospitals, social housing and commercial premises. Our offices are based in Pool, Redruth and our team live across Cornwall so don’t let transport stop you from applying!

Plumbing and Heating Engineer - Cornwall and Isles of Scilly
To £34,000 negotiable dependent on skills and qualifications
Full-time – permanent role
We are a passionate team at RG Kellow; we do things differently and always deliver a proper job – no short cuts. We have exciting times ahead and are looking for a Plumber/Heating Engineer to join our fun, focussed and first-class team. You will support our amazing clients across Cornwall in busy commercial sites, using your high standards to deliver quality results. So if you are a friendly, high performing and motivated individual who takes pride in your profession (and we naturally want you to have great customer service skills too), we want you to join our team on a full-time basis and for the long term.
Typical work will include installs, refurbishment, alterations, planned and reactive maintenance. We carry out works for Local Authority, Hospitals, Housing Associations, Schools, Police, Colleges together with private customers. We also have an exciting Apprenticeship Programme so you may get involved in and enjoy the rewards of developing the next generation of skilled Plumbers/Heating Engineers.
We offer a great salary, contributory Company Pension, support with training, a fully stocked company van with fuel card, full PPE and company workwear. Plus of course you can work as part of our valued team of professional, committed and highly trained tradespeople at the top of their game. So if you are a friendly, high performing and motivated individual who takes pride in your profession (and we naturally want you to have great customer service skills too), we want you to join our team on a full-time basis and for the long term.
Typical work will include installs, refurbishment, alterations, planned and reactive maintenance.
