Working Supervisor - Cornwall and Isles of Scilly

Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit an experienced Working Site Supervisor to support commercial sites across Cornwall. We are seeking a friendly, high performing and motivated individual with extremely high standards and customer service skills to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be suitably qualified and experienced tradesman who has the experience, desire and ability to effectively manage projects on sites across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

 

You will need to liaise with the customer and be the company point of contact on site so good communication skills are essential.  You will be responsible for calling off and measuring materials and plant and ensuring each project is delivered safely and professionally on budget and programme.

 

Must have the following:

  • CSCS Card
  • Own Tools
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2, preferably NVQ Level 3 in a trade discipline
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Good time keeping
  • Have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work at a good pace
  • Able to plan your own workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, approachable and be able to solve problems unaided

 

From time to time you may be required to work in areas which may involve short periods staying away from home. In return we offer a Company van, power tools, workwear, PPE and contributory Company Pension. Salary between £26,500.00 and £30,000.00 per hour dependant on age, experience and qualifications.

Approved Electrician - Cornwall and Isles of Scilly

 

 

Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit an experienced Approved Electrician to support a number of busy commercial sites across Cornwall. We are seeking a friendly, high performing and motivated individual with extremely high standards and customer service skills to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be required to help manage and deliver electrical contracts in the Commercial, Education and Residential sectors.


Typical works will include installs, refurbishment, alteration, planned and reactive maintenance. We carry out works for Local Authority, Housing Associations, Schools, Police, Colleges together with private clients.

Must have the following:

 

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Qualified to a minimum 17th Edition standard
  • C&G 2391 Test and Inspection (or 2394/2395)
  • Experience in filling out certification
  • Hold a current in date ECS Card
  • Good time keeping
  • Have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervised at a good pace
  • Able to plan your own workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, approachable and be able to solve problems unaided

 

The following Is desirable:

  • Experience with managing and working with small teams
  • Be familiar with using online certification software
  • Be familiar with using a tablet
  • PASMA
  • IPAF

Own hand tools are essential.



Salary between £28,000.00 and - £32,500.00 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
