Each one of our Planning and Building Regulations applications presents us with a different challenge, but this is arguably one of the most rewarding services we offer.  
 
Nothing beats turning someone’s dream into a reality, whether it’s adding an extra bedroom, designing a complete new house, or converting an existing building for leisure or commercial use – each starts with a seed in the clients imagination, and is equally important regardless of client or project size.  
 
We are pleased to offer pre-application design advice without cost or obligation. We’d like to think the client would recommend us or make use of one of the other relevant services we offer – however there is no pressure to do so. So long as you’re happy, we’re happy!  
 
As Quantity Surveyors also, we can offer comprehensive and accurate budget advice – nothing hurts more than going over budget, and we are happy to guide where we can.  
 
We are familiar with traditional and timber frame construction methods. As professional members of the Timber Research and Development Association (TRADA), we can often propose a range of timber frame solutions to the planning or building regulation application.  
 
All our surveys are carried out using laser measuring equipment for accuracy, and our drawings are prepared using AutoCAD.
