The scope of this project encompassed the replacement of the insulated commercial roof covering on an existing industrial workshop, complemented by a series of dilapidation works aimed at elevating the building to a tenantable standard for re-letting purposes. The primary objective was to enhance the insulation properties and energy efficiency performance of the structure, ensuring a sustainable and comfortable environment for future occupants.
Beyond the roofing aspect, the project entailed internal layout modifications to optimise the functionality of the space, along with comprehensive redecoration and flooring upgrades to enhance the aesthetics and durability of the interior. Furthermore, lighting enhancements were implemented, changing the lighting to LED to improve visibility and energy efficiency, while external landscaping was carried out to enhance the overall curb appeal of the property.
The seamless execution of these tasks was achieved through a single continuous phase of work, showcasing efficient project management and coordination. Despite the complexity of the project, the team successfully delivered the renovations on schedule and under budget, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and cost-effectiveness in project implementation.
